4. Bookings and Appointments

Booking

To schedule an appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Relevant medical history
  • My Aged Cae number and funding source (if applicable)

Appointments may be arranged via phone, email, or website enquiry.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of the full session amount.

Late Arrivals

If you are late:
